Dwayne Johnson, famously known as "The Rock," has once again proven why fans consider him one of the most devoted dads in Hollywood.

In a video shared on his Instagram on Saturday, January 18, the Moana actor gave fans a glimpse into his life as a father during a playful makeover session with his two youngest daughters, Jasmine, 9, and Tiana, 6.

The clip showed Dwayne sitting in his daughters' bedroom with a stony expression as his "tornadoes," as he lovingly calls them, went to work. His face was smeared with bright pink lipstick, eyeshadow, and other makeup, while stickers and broken lipstick decorated his head. One daughter added a necklace design on his neck using lipstick, laughing as she worked on her masterpiece.

“What started off with my two tornadoes, Jazzy and Tia, asking, ‘Daddy, can we just put some eyeshadow on you?’ turned into this,” Dwayne wrote in the caption. “I said yes but told them to make it quick and cool because I had to go to the gym.”

The video, set to Simon & Garfunkel’s iconic song “The Sound of Silence,” captured the funny yet endearing chaos. Dwayne ended the video staring at the camera with a frown, perfectly summing up his mixed feelings about the makeover.

Despite the hilarious results, Dwayne expressed his love for the moment, writing: “I know they won’t always be little or want to hang out with daddy when they’re older, but they’ll always be my baby girls, so I’ll take this abuse all day long. Bring it on!” He added hashtags like #papabearduties and #hellodarknessmyoldfriend.

The post quickly went viral, gaining over 169 million views and more than 150,000 comments.

This isn’t the first time Dwayne has shared his fatherhood moments on social media. His accounts are filled with snapshots of his life with his daughters, including pranks and funny interactions. Fans have come to love his “girl dad” moments, where he showcases his love for Jasmine, Tiana, and his eldest daughter, Simone, 22.

Earlier this month, Dwayne attended the 2025 Golden Globes with Simone by his side. Speaking to E! News at the event, he talked about his role in the nominated film Moana 2 and how much it means to his family.

“Of everything I love about Moana, what I cherish most is that my daughters see themselves in Moana,” he said. “I get to run around with my long hair as Maui … and embolden our young girls—it’s awesome.”

Dwayne has often shared heartfelt messages about fatherhood. On Father’s Day, he posted a tribute to fathers who work hard to support their families.

“Happy Father’s Day to my fellow fathers, taking care of your families with the work you put in with your own two hands, having pride in your name, and being an example to your kids,” he wrote.

He also acknowledged the challenges of father-son relationships, referencing his own with his late father, Rocky Johnson. “To those sending a special Heavenly Father’s Day to our dads in heaven, let’s raise a glass and try to remember the good stuff,” he added.
