Amber Ray slams Oga Obinna for attempting to hook her with rich man, shares screenshots

In a screenshot-heavy exposé that calls out an interaction with content creator Oga Obinna, Amber Ray is giving her followers front-row seats to a masterclass in boundaries, boldness, and brutal honesty, revealing that the former wanting to pimp her.

“These chats between me and Obina speak volumes,” she began in her now-viral Instagram post, before unleashing a searing critique of how some men treat women, especially those who are vocal, confident, and self-assured.

According to Amber, Obinna attempted to walk a contradictory line: trying to pimp her out in one breath, then compliment her in the next. “It’s not just confusing... it’s deeply disrespectful,” she wrote.

Amber did not mince words. She called out the hypocrisy of men who call women “queens” but act with utter disrespect in private. “Some will smile while disrespecting your worth behind the scenes,” she warned. “Watch the signs.”

In the screenshot shared, Obinna allegedly stated that “I have a message for you. Some rich friend of mine wants to have coffee witchyu. He is a private dude,” stated Obinna.

“Aki Jamani. He saw you in my status. Lemme send you the screenshot,” he added.

“Mimi aki I don’t do that,” responded Amber Ray.

She went on to explain that she does not do such and prefers to make her own money, and she could instead buy the guy coffee.

The influencer revealed how she once failed to set boundaries early, thinking being cool, understanding, and low-maintenance would prevent drama.

“Like I’ve always said… I’m your regular type of girl. But that ‘regular’ energy gets misinterpreted when you don’t correct people early.”

The two have been at loggerheads, with Obinna previously sharing that Amber Ray who had been featured in his video, later asked her part in the video to be removed after what her manager called disdain or rather, “madharau”

Amber’s raw honesty took a deeply personal turn when she mentioned her daughter, vowing to teach her that kindness is not weakness and that boundaries are a form of self-respect.

 “To the women reading this: Not every man who calls you queen honor your crown. Some will smile while disrespecting your worth behind the scenes.  You’re not here to entertain confusion,” she declared. “You’re here to reign in clarity.”

And in case it was not crystal clear, she ended her post with a strong reminder: If they can’t respect your standards, let them go.
