Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris has called for an immediate and thorough investigation into the tragic death of popular TikTok personality Milly wa Doc.
The legislator expressed her sorrow through a heartfelt message on her official X page, extending condolences to the late content creator’s family, children, and countless fans who found strength in her raw, fearless storytelling.
“I am deeply disheartened by the tragic passing of Milly wa Doc,” Passaris wrote. “My heartfelt condolences go out to her children, family, and the fans who drew strength from her candid and courageous voice.”
The unexpected nature of Milly’s death has stirred widespread concern online. In her statement, Passaris urged the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) and Chief Government Pathologist Dr. Johansen Oduor to swiftly launch an independent, transparent investigation into the circumstances surrounding Milly’s passing.

“Her untimely death raises serious concerns,” she wrote, tagging the DCI. “I call upon the Directorate of Criminal Investigations @DCI_Kenya to conduct a thorough and transparent probe. The Chief Government Pathologist, Dr Johansen Oduor, should be urgently involved.”
Passaris also addressed disturbing allegations previously raised by Milly wa Doc herself, involving her estranged partner, Odeke, popularly known as “Daddy” or “Doc”, who is reportedly a licensed clinical officer.
She called upon the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) to investigate whether Odeke had breached medical ethics and violated patients’ rights.
“Furthermore, I urge the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) @KmpdcOfficial to investigate the online allegations circulating against her partner,” she stated. “These allegations speak to possible abuse of office and failure in duty of care, matters that demand immediate attention.”
The allegations against Doc had emerged publicly before Milly’s death. In several emotional TikTok videos, the late influencer accused him of unethical conduct during medical procedures.

She claimed he once admitted to failing to complete a family planning operation without informing the affected patient.
“I’m going to open up about something, and I don’t care if you sue me,” Milly had declared in a now-viral video. “If you’ve ever been his patient, just know this: There’s a woman who underwent family planning surgery at Valley Hospital, and he told me the operation wasn’t completed. The implant was never removed.”
Even more disturbingly, Milly alleged that Doc had secretly filmed a woman of Arab descent while she was unconscious under anaesthesia, reportedly mumbling about her husband.
“If you’re an Arab woman and you had surgery at Valley Hospital, he has a video of you talking while unconscious,” Milly claimed. “He recorded you saying what your husband does to you while you were under.”
She also alleged that he had disturbing content on his phone. “This dude has filled his phone with child pornography,” she said.
Though these claims were never verified while Milly was alive, Passaris emphasised the urgency for answers and accountability.
“No stone must be left unturned,” the MP asserted. “Kenya must stand for truth, justice, and the protection of women.”
