This whole roasted paprika chicken and potatoes is a game changer here is what you will need:-

1 whole capon/ chicken with skin

3-4 teaspoons paprika

2  chicken bouillon cubes

1kg potatoes with skin washed and cubed

1 teaspoon black pepper

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 Royco cubes (for the potatoes)

4 garlic cloves

Juice of 2 lemon

What to do:-

In a Bundt baking tray/tin place the whole chicken in the middle of the tray standing upright. Rub the paprika all over the chicken, crumble in the chicken bouillon cubes and rub all over set aside. In a separate bowl add in the cubed potatoes add the black pepper crumble in the chicken cubes add in the vegetable oil mix well with your hands then pour the potato mixture in the Bundt baking tray with the chicken add in 4 garlic cloves roast in an oven at 180°C for 1 hour, at 45 minutes open the oven and squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon over the chicken then continue roasting for another 15 minutes. Once ready remove from oven and enjoy the chicken with the potatoes that are full of flavor.
