Kathleen Nkatha was found unresponsive at a hotel in Migori County where her sister Fredah Kinanu went to collect her body and booked another hotel room but fell ill and also died.
They said changes could have adverse effects of a double tax on imported alcohol products and urged the government to reconsider its stance.
