Kenyan Prince has left social media talking after staging a lavish public apology for his girlfriend, Stephanie Ngunjiri, complete with a helicopter ride, romantic décor and an emotional plea for forgiveness.
The viral event, shared widely on Instagram and TikTok, saw the couple arrive at the venue aboard a helicopter before making their way to a beautifully decorated lakeside setup.
Red rose petals were scattered across the ground, while a giant framed portrait of the couple stood in the background alongside a large sign that read, "I Am Sorry."
The grand gesture marks a dramatic turn of events for the couple, previously, videos surfaced of Prince at the Summertide Festival in Malindi with other women while Stephanie was in Dubai, prompting her to deactivate her social media accounts.
Prince initially claimed his drinks were spiked and announced their breakup. However, the helicopter apology, luxury SUV and Sh1 million gift appear to have smoothed things over, with Stephanie visibly moved as she accepted his apology.
Kenyan Prince was donning a sharp black suit paired with a crisp white shirt, a red tie and polished black shoes. Holding a microphone, he went down on one knee as he apologized to his girlfriend in front of invited guests.
Stephanie looked elegant in a flowing black dress with sheer detailing, matching heels and a bouquet of red roses in her hands. At one point, she appeared emotional, wiping away tears as she listened to his heartfelt message.
The helicopter entrance added to the spectacle, with videos showing the aircraft landing before the couple walked hand in hand to the romantic venue. The dramatic gesture quickly sparked debate online, with many praising the effort while others questioned whether such extravagant displays should accompany private relationship matters.
To crown the grand apology, Prince surprised Stephanie with a brand-new red Range Rover SUV and a cash gift of Sh1 million, drawing loud cheers from guests. Videos circulating online captured the emotional moment as Stephanie received the luxury vehicle before embracing Prince.
